By downloading, installing, or using TidyHome, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TidyHome is a multilingual household task management app that enables employers to create and assign tasks to domestic workers, with automatic translation between supported languages.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TidyHome only for lawful household task management purposes. You must not use the app to harass, discriminate against, or exploit any person. Content you create must not be illegal, abusive, or harmful.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

TidyHome offers a free tier and a premium subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year). Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.

6. Translation Accuracy

TidyHome uses automated translation services. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all translations will be perfect. For critical instructions, we recommend confirming understanding directly with household members.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of TidyHome is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

TidyHome is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to translation errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
